I'm an undergraduate Honours Physics student in a coop program at the University of Waterloo.

On top of my many other pursuits, I have developed a keen interest both in physics oriented scientific research, as well as finance. I am seeking an opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills in these interests in a coop placement.

Used a broad and dynamic array of applications and technologies to provide high quality products that meet real estate industry standards. (eg. Magicplan, Matterport, etc.) Generated and processed floor plans and 3D virtual tours to be used in listings for agencies such as Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, and many others.

- Developed ability to collaborate through working with different teams of photographers, videographers, and technicians.

- The combination of the unique features of each house and the broad range of technologies that I was required to use built my strength in thinking critically and developing a process while working to most efficiently complete a project.

Music Producer
Worked with independent artists and managerial teams such as Empire Records to produce music and negotiate contracts in a variety of different genres and with a diverse group of individuals and corporate entities.

Initiative/Independence:
- Working in the entrepreneurial world has greatly advanced my willingness and ability to take initiative in completing tasks. There is no blueprint in becoming a music producer, which required me to become dependable and self governed.
Communication:
- Met virtually with artists and management executives from a diverse range of ethnic, geographical, and economic backgrounds, building my ability to communicate between barriers. Involved in project management processes including creating and managing timelines for current and future projects.

Undergraduate Physics Student
Completed an array of foundational and intermediate courses in key subjects such as physics, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, and commerce. Partook in lab experiments ranging from magnetism and wave mechanics to organic chemistry.

- Gained key knowledge in python and java through foundational courses as well as application in the form of computing large data sets in various lab sections
Lab Experience:
- Worked with many different types of equipment and technology ranging from pipettes and vacuum filters in chemistry to oscilloscopes, lenses, low intensity lasers, and circuitry equipment in Physics. This also includes general lab safety knowledge.
Mathematical Experience:
- Developed a working understanding of fundamental calculus and linear algebra through courses, and applied these concepts in lab sections
